Test to Release Self-Test
Screen4 Ltd are proud to be listed on the Governments list of providers offering International Travellers access to the Test to Release Covid19 Services. This product is the self-test option which will be delivered to your isolation address via DPD. If you are returning to the UK from a country not on the government’s travel corridor list, you will need to self-isolate and not leave your home for ten days – unless you take a covid19 test five days after arrival and get a negative result. This is known as Test to Release. You will still need to self-isolate until you get a negative result.
How will the Test to Release system work?24 hours before the end of your trip: Check whether the country you are returning from is on the government travel corridor list. This list changes frequently and without notice so make sure you check back regular. If your country is not on the corridor list you will need to order your Test to Release kit from us. Day one: Arrive back in England from a quarantine country, you need to go straight to your self isolation destination and begin your isolation period in line with the UK government’s instructions. Day five: You can now physically take your test and drop it at the nearest DX Drop Box – see here. YOU CANNOT TAKE THE TEST PRIOR TO THIS POINT Day seven to eight: Receive your results. If a negative result is returned, you are able to end your self-isolation period. For more information email us at firstname.lastname@example.org International arrivals who arrive in England after 9pm on 23rd December who have been in or transited through South Africa in the previous 10 days will not be able to shorten their self-isolation period through Test to Release. International arrivals who arrived in England before 9pm on 23rd December who have been in or transited through South Africa in the previous 10 days, including those who have not yet booked or taken a test to release, can still use the scheme.
