You will receive an email notification when your sample reaches the laboratory. Results will be sent to you 24-48 hours from receipt at the laboratory.

When your results are ready you will need to log back into your secure account where you can download your results document to print or save to your device.

During the Bank Holiday weekend Royal Mail and other courier organisations will not be delivering samples to the laboratory as usual – please expect delays.

Due to recent Royal Mail backlogs and delays at the Royal Mail Cambridge hub we are routing all samples via our head office in Barnsley, your sample will be checked in and show as received on your tracking information. We then private courier your samples to the laboratory within 6-8 hours of receipt at our Head Office. This ensures that your sample reaches the laboratory the same day as being delivered to us.

You will receive an additional email to update you that your sample has been checked in at the laboratory. Results are then issued within 24-48 hours from this.
